What is the annual picnic?

Our annual picnic is a chance for our members to gather to share food, drinks, and community, celebrate the work our volunteers did in the primary election, and regroup for the general election in November. It is also a great chance for candidates and elected officials to interact with our members in a laid back low pressure atmosphere.

What is the benefit of becoming a sponsor?

Sponsor names will be listed on the 43rd District Democrats’ website and the Facebook event page. They will also be displayed at the event and we will make an announcement thanking our sponsors by name as well. Sponsors donations go to supporting the work the 43rd District Democrats do to advance progressive policy and get out the vote!

How will my sponsorship contribution be used?

Your sponsorship contribution:

• Helps the 43rd recruit, train, and organize our members and PCOs to get out the vote in the 43rd!

• Enables the 43rd District Democrats to put on events such as our candidate forums, giving our members and the public a chance to hear in-depth from candidates, and giving candidates a chance to engage with voters.
  

Can I make a donation using campaign funds?

No, the 43rd District Democrats cannot accept donations from campaign funds. Your sponsorship contribution must come from individual funds.
