Serve on the Executive Board.
Chair and appoint members to the Events Committee.
Prepare annual events budget and budgets for individual events.
Plan and execute fundraising-focused events.
Maintain a donor list.
Secure and prepare event locations.
Coordinate food and beverage for events.
Create and execute event programs.
Oversee marketing for events (in coordination with the Vice Chair of Communications).
After each event, conduct a post-mortem analysis of the event and store any lessons learned in an accessible archive.
